We are happy to refund your purchase(s) if you are not happy with the product(s) as long as it’s in its original package and has not been used. Simply send it to the address below with a copy of the receipt (if it’s purchased in our shop), a short note to explain why you are returning it, and your contact details. This refund policy is valid for (1) one year from date of purchase. If the return is a product defect or our own internal mix-up, we will also refund your postage of sending the item to us.
If you need to swap an item, please also send it to the address below with a note to explain what you would like to exchange the item for. Similarly, we will refund your postage of sending the item to us if it is a product defect or we sent out the wrong item. The exchange policy is also valid for (1) one year from date of purchase providing the item is still in stock.
