pay & pick-up TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Order will take up to 48 hours to process. Please order at least 48 hours ahead of arrival at Auckland Airport.
Purchase can only be collected in our airside store, accessible only with a valid boarding pass, during shop opening hours from 4.30am to 12.00am.
Your passport must be presented for identification for pick up.
Although we endeavour to update the stock list as regularly as possible, there may be cases where your order is out of stock but the system has not yet registered this. If this is the case, you will be issued a refund or you may exchange for another item at pick up.
Please check purchase at pick up to ensure you have the right items.
If purchase is not picked up at the designated time, the items may be able to be shipped to your destination dependant on import restrictions, duties and customs. Customer will be responsible for shipping cost and any other charges incurred. If the shipping destination is in New Zealand, GST will be added to the purchase.
